Overview We are looking for a professional who can develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and manage end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company objectives

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain favorable procurement terms

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors and continually assess their capabilities

Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure procurement compliance and alignment with business needs

Oversee the procurement process from requisition through to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations

Monitor inventory levels and enforce efficient inventory management practices

Track procurement performance metrics and report on costs, savings, and supplier performance

Stay informed of industry trends and legislative changes affecting procurement practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors

In-depth understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Proficiency in procurement software and tools

Solid grasp of inventory management principles

Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards is essential

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and market trends is considered advantageous
