Greenland Group is looking for Team Leader, Production-Deboning / Retail Packing / Rendering Plant (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia) .

Responsibilities

• Managing a multi-functional team to efficiently pack meat products according to customer specifications while meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards. This role involves overseeing the packing process, ensuring products are packed accurately, and optimizing production efficiency to meet customer demand. The Team Leader will ensure that all packing activities comply with Meat Production standards, maintaining high product quality and minimizing waste. Additionally, the role includes ensuring the team follows safety and environmental guidelines. Strong leadership, effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining production targets and safety standards.
• Leading a team in the efficient operation of the rendering process, ensuring that all products meet production, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Overseeing the rendering operations, managing the team to achieve production goals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Focusing on optimizing production efficiency, minimizing waste, and maintaining product quality throughout the rendering process.
• Monitoring safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensuring effective verbal and written communication to coordinate with the team and achieve production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
