Team Manager- Engineering, Red Meat (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia) - For Greenland Group.

Greenland Group. is looking for Team Manager- Engineering, Red Meat (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

To support and achieve optimum production performance vs budget within production activities by communicating relevant performance data to the management team as per set budget & production targets in conjunction with planning teams & production management.

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a large process industry.
  • Experience of working with automated equipment and instrumentation, Conveying system, Control panel
  • Ensure production maintenance operation is managed during his shift to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring adherence to the defined safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure coordination on the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment operates as required.
  • Ensure review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
  • Ensure the identification and achievement of maintenance technician training and development to ensure required skills inventory is in place.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Skills Required : Industrial Automation, PLC and Automation, Packing operations, Agro Farm Management, processed meat, beef fatering, Control Panel Design
