Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales organization, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic sales initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Forecast sales, set performance goals, and report on sales metrics to senior management
- Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of progressive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsGCC / KSA experience and knowledge in Jeddah market preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teamsExcellent strategic planning and business development capabilitiesProficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting techniquesOutstanding negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience in developing and implementing successful sales strategiesIn-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and understanding of international business practicesAbility to travel as required for business development and client meetingsFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
