Job descriptionخبرة لا تقل عن 12 - 25 سنة في مجال البنية التحتية والطرق. معرفة عملية قوية بأعمال الحفر والردم والطرق وتشغيل المعدات الثقيلة. قدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات التنفيذية. مهارات تنظيم وإدارة فرق العمل في الموقع. مؤهل دبلوم أو مؤهل ذو صلة بمجال الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشاءات. راتب أساسي 4000 ريال سعودي. بالإضافة إلى 25% بدل سكن و10% بدل مواصلات. 21 يوم إجازة سنوية مدفوعة الأجر. العقد سنوي قابل للتجديد. تذاكر سفر سنوية. تأمين طبي عائلي. مزايا أخرى حسب وزارة العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

مطلوب مشرفين بنيةUnder infrastructure (أعمال حفر وردم وطرق) ل شركة رائدة في مجال التطوير والبناء بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
موقع الوظيفة : المملكة العربية السعودية
عن الشركة : تقدم الشركة خدمات البناء من حيث تشييد المباني والتجديدات والبنية التحتية. حصلت الشركة على تقدير كبير لتنفيذها مشاريع كبيرة وتعزيز الابتكار واحتضان التقنيات الناشئة وإحداث فرق لعملائها وموظفيها ومجتمعها من خلال طاقم عمل يزيد عن 400 موظف أكملت الشركة أعمال البناء بقيمة 3 مليار ريال سعودي سنويا على أكثر من 60 مشروعاً.
الوظيفة المتاحة
1) Foreman Infrastructure مشرف بنية تحتية (أعمال حفر وردم وطرق)
- الإشراف على فرق العمل أثناء تنفيذ أعمال البنية التحتية (الحفر الردم والطرق).
- متابعة وتنظيم أعمال Cut & Fill وضمان تنفيذها حسب المواصفات والمعايير.
- الإشراف على تشغيل ومتابعة المعدات الثقيلة (حفارات بلدوزرات مداحل إلخ).
- التأكد من الالتزام بخطط السلامة والجودة أثناء تنفيذ الأعمال.
- مراجعة المخططات والرسومات التنفيذية وتوجيه الفرق الميدانية وفقًا لها.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمقاولين لضمان تقدم الأعمال ضمن البرنامج الزمني.
