Position Overview :

My client are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects across Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformative projects that are shaping the future of the Kingdom’s infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

– Plan, organise, and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion

– Lead project teams and provide mentorship to team members

– Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans

– Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules

– Track project milestones and deliverables

– Implement and manage project EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)

– Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

– Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed

– Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

– Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

– Implement zero-accident philosophy and ensure HSE compliance

– Coordinate with government entities and utility providers

Required Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

– 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects

– Proven track record in construction management of utilities infrastructure

– Experience in implementing project controls, environment management, health and safety protocols, and quality assurance

– Strong background in contract management

– Experience working with government entities and utility providers

– Demonstrated ability in capacity building and talent development

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– International experience required (Saudi Arabia experience preferred)
