About the role We’re looking for a highly organized and curious Training & Development Associate to support our work in coaching, training, and capacity‑building across schools. This role suits someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to creative, human‑centered work. The position is full‑time and Riyadh‑based.
You’ll support the planning, execution, and follow‑up of training initiatives, workshops, and school‑based development programs. You’ll handle project tracking, follow‑ups, data analysis, and administrative coordination while learning how impactful professional development programs are designed and measured.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple ongoing projects.
Prepare detailed minutes of meetings and ensure follow‑ups are executed.
Support workshop logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, and evaluation surveys.
Assist in maintaining organized records, dashboards, and reports.
School Visits & Observations
Conduct or assist in school / classroom observations, noting key behaviors, facilitation practices, and environmental indicators.
Summarize insights clearly and contribute to reflection and feedback reports.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and organize qualitative and quantitative data from training sessions, surveys, and observation tools.
Analyze patterns and draft insight summaries, charts, or dashboards that highlight trends, challenges, and impact.
Help transform data into actionable recommendations.
Training & Development Support
Support in developing or formatting training materials, reflection tools, and reports.
Document lessons learned and best practices after each program or cycle.
Coordinate communication with participants, schools, and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills; enjoys keeping others on track.
Excellent written communication—especially in note‑taking and report drafting.
Analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel / Sheets and data visualization basics.
Curious about learning design, teacher development, and organizational culture.
Positive, can‑do attitude, high ownership, and discretion when handling information.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience in training coordination, research assistance, or education projects.
Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Basic comfort with PowerPoint or Canva for visuals and presentations.
