To ensure effective and tailored communication that supports trade and distribution channel objectives by developing and executing integrated communication strategies that reinforce brand consistency, drive channel performance, and ensure adherence to standards.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the communication strategy for all trade and distribution channels.
• Create and execute tailored communication plans for each channel, considering their unique needs and priorities.
• Oversee the development of engaging and relevant communication materials for various channel initiatives.
• Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels, adapted for channel-specific audiences.
• Conduct regular visits to trade and retail stores across the kingdom to assess adherence to brand standards, communication guidelines, and merchandising requirements.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, customer care, and brand teams to align communication with channel priorities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors supporting channel communication efforts.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives across different channels using relevant KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations impacting various channels.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively engage and inform channel partners.
• Ensure communication strategies directly support the achievement of channel-specific business objectives.

Manage the creation and distribution of channel-specific training, support, and merchandising guidelines.
