QHSE OFFICER

Should have Experience in Building Operation & Maintenance Projects.

Implement the project-specific QHSE Plan and carry out necessary updates or revisions in response to changing site conditions, risks, or client requirements.

Ensure adherence to all relevant local QHSE regulations and internal safety policies.

Develop and maintain tailored QHSE plans, procedures, and documentation (e.g., risk registers, SOPs, risk assessments) specific to the site to support safe work practices and ensure compliance with standards.

Implement and monitor QHSE procedures and safe work practices on site.

Ensure the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan BCP and carry out updates in coordination with management to reflect changes in site operations or risk profiles.

Monitor environmental compliance, manage waste and emissions, and maintain the environmental aspects and impacts register.

Conduct visual QHSE inspections of indoor and outdoor areas, identifying hazards and reporting non-compliance.

KPI tracking by documenting findings and contributing to monthly reporting requirements.

Lead the investigation and documentation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.

Recommend corrective actions and ensure their implementation and verification.

Deliver QHSE trainings and SOPs to inspection teams and staff.

Raise awareness about site-specific risks and promote a safety-first culture.

Contribute to the monthly client reporting process with QHSE-related data.

Ensure accurate CAFM entries for safety inspection findings and follow-ups.

Maintain documentation of all safety audits, inspections, and safety meetings.

Collaborate with engineers and inspectors to ensure coordinated quality & safety implementation.

Participate in client meetings related to safety KPIs and compliance, providing technical QHSE input.
