Role Overview
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all payroll activities with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This includes processing monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies, reconciling data, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and error‑free payments to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain payroll data including salary changes, allowances, deductions, and end‑of‑service benefits.
- Ensure compliance with GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
- Reconcile payroll reports and coordinate with Finance for disbursements.
- Handle payroll‑related queries and provide accurate information to employees in a timely manner.
- Support audits and prepare payroll reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information at all times.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure smooth processes and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in payroll administration within a large organization in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and WPS regulations.Proficiency in HR / payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and professionalism.Why Join
