The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary processing for a large workforce. Key Responsibilities
Process and manage monthly payroll for over 4,000 employees. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Maintain payroll data and ensure timely updates in the
Oracle system . Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for payroll adjustments and approvals. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management. Manage employee benefits, deductions, and leave-related calculations. Support audit requirements and maintain confidentiality of payroll information. Utilize
Power BI
(preferred) for reporting and data analysis. Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi Nationality (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in payroll management within Facilities Service Management or a similar industry. Strong hands-on experience in
Oracle HRMS / ERP
systems. Excellent command of
English
(written and spoken). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred : Experience using
Power BI
