About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist (Chinese Speaker) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring effective communication between Chinese and English-speaking teams.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure clear communication across teams.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and employee records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Chinese management and local employees to bridge communication and cultural gaps.
