About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist (Chinese Speaker) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring effective communication between Chinese and English-speaking teams.
Responsibilities
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure clear communication across teams.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and employee records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Chinese management and local employees to bridge communication and cultural gaps.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.✅ Minimum 2 years of experience working with Chinese companies.✅ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.✅ Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an advantage.If you are fluent in Chinese and passionate about HR, we’d love to hear from you!
