As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing operational HR support to enhance Bayut KSA's business performance. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
In this role, you will :
Handle paperwork for new hires, including contracts, banking, and medical insurance.
Coordinate and administer onboarding training workshops.
Manage the full visa cycle for new hires using relevant platforms.
Coordinate relocation of new hires into the country.
Maintain, administer, and complete internal HRMS (BambooHR).
Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and regulations.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and resolving work-related problems.
Provide employees with information about policies, job duties, salaries, benefits, etc.
Support performance management, including disciplinary and coaching conversations.
Support focus groups and recommend feedback and improvements.
Coordinate with PRO to cancel / transfer visas and clear immigration lists.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements per Saudi labour law.
Represent Bayut at Saudi labour regarding disputes.
Provide 24 / 48 hour response time for paperwork production and performance documentation.
Provide monthly reports to HRM on visa headcount, quota, etc.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements.
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Drive organisational change initiatives, supporting business transformation and cultural change.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred : Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role in the KSA market.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
