Job Responsibilities
- Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, gaining deep insight into their business needs and strategic direction.
- Conduct regular visits and communication to capture changing requirements and provide professional advice.
- Tailored Solution Development
- Design customized product and service solutions based on clients' MRO needs, ensuring operational and procurement objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end services, from demand analysis and product recommendation to after-sales support.
- Develop and execute key account sales strategies and business growth plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights to expand the company’s MRO market share.
- Train and coach key account team members to enhance their business capabilities and service professionalism.
- Establish efficient customer service processes and optimize team collaboration for high-quality service delivery.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting account strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive edge.
- Participate in formulating and optimizing key account policies, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales ; MRO industry experience is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently address customer needs and adapt to market changes.Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English; proficiency in Malay is preferred .Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration; results-driven and resilient under pressure.We Offer
