Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Initiative Manager to lead and execute high-impact programs and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. With a proven track record of managing complex projects, you will drive key business transformations, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes that support our strategic goals.
You will work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to define scope, set timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams such as Product, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Establish governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting structures.
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and executive briefings on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple initiatives.
- Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field10+ years of experience in initiative or program management, business transformation, or strategic project leadershipStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including C-level communicationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneouslyExpertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on outcomes and KPIsExperience in change management and organizational development is a plusSeniority level
