Professional Background

• Experience : At least 4+ years of experience in leading projects, preferably in large organizations or government settings.
• Project Types : Experience managing projects related to Data and Digital initiatives.
• Sector Knowledge : Familiar with the structure and culture of public sector or semigovernment institutions. Key Skills Required
• Project Leadership : o Able to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. o Strong planning and organizational skills to keep the project on track in terms of time, budget, and scope.
• Business Understanding : o Able to connect the project goals with the organization’s broader strategy (such as becoming a more data-driven organization). o Understands the value of clean, accessible, and well-structured data for better decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management : o Comfortable engaging with different levels of the organization, including executives, technical teams, and external partners. o Skilled in building alignment and managing expectations.
• Problem Solving : o Can identify risks early and take practical actions to resolve issues. o Brings a proactive mindset to overcoming challenges Skills Certifications & Education
• Required : PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent project management qualification).
• Preferred : Bachelor’s in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields.
