To perform cost analysis and prepare financial studies related to projects, bids, and tenders, ensuring the submission of accurate and competitive pricing proposals that achieve company profitability while meeting client requirements and maintaining market competitiveness.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost studies for the company’s projects and services.Analyze the terms and conditions of government and private tenders, including technical and financial requirements.Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed pricing sheets in coordination with technical departments.Collect and analyze data related to raw materials, labor, transportation, overhead, and other expenses to determine actual costs.Contribute to the preparation and review of financial proposals before submission to clients or government entities.Prepare comparative reports between estimated and actual project costs.Monitor operational, procurement, and inventory costs, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Projects, Finance) to update pricing data.Participate in preparing annual budgets and pricing strategies.Monitor competitors and analyze their pricing trends and bidding strategies.Maintain and archive records of previous tenders and bids for future reference and analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
