HR Business Partner – Transformation & Operations The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides operational HR leadership, acting as the primary link between HR and business units. Initially, the role will focus on embedding new frameworks and processes introduced through the HR transformation. Over the long term, the HRBP ensures that HR continues to deliver consistent, compliant, and business-aligned services, becoming a permanent partner for both operational stability and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the roll-out of HR frameworks (operating models, job family matrix, delegation of authority, updated policies) delivered during the transformation program.
Translate designed structures into practical workflows, SOPs, and guidelines for everyday use.
Ensure accurate execution of HR records, contracts, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Support adoption of HR systems and tools, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
2. Ongoing HR Operations
Act as the first point of contact for departments on HR operational matters beyond the transformation period.
Continuously ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad).
Maintain and improve HR controls (file audits, payroll reconciliations, compliance calendars).
Monitor and reinforce application of the Delegation of Authority framework across HR transactions.
3. Employee Partnering & Engagement
Work closely with managers to address operational workforce needs (performance, promotions, transfers, employee relations).
Facilitate onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives for employees.
Serve as an advocate for employee experience, ensuring HR practices remain responsive and consistent.
4. Support for People Development
Provide operational support for training, leadership, and people development initiatives.
Track participation, completion, and outcomes to ensure sustainability of capability-building efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience and Requirements
7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR operations or HRBP roles.
Strong expertise in HR operations and compliance in KSA.
Demonstrated ability to implement HR processes and sustain them as part of business-as-usual operations.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
