Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic IT team in Riyadh. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with IT leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support growth and innovation. - Provide expert HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management specifically tailored to the IT sector. - Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance employee productivity. - Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment and addressing any employee concerns effectively. - Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top IT talent, maintaining a robust talent pipeline. - Implement and support change management activities to facilitate smooth transitions during business transformations. - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management to inform decision-making. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies within all HR practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years experience in HR business partnering, preferably within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT business operations and the talent needs specific to this sector.

Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated experience in performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment regulations.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
