Responsibilities
1. Experience and understand the game to become familiar with gameplay, user preferences, and community culture.
2. Support community engagement by encouraging healthy interaction, positive communication, and enjoyable user experiences.
3. Assist in community-building activities, helping strengthen user relationships and enhance overall player satisfaction.
4. Collect and report user feedback, summarizing insights and suggestions to the internal team.
5. Provide basic user guidance, helping newcomers adapt and answering simple questions related to gameplay.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates welcome.
Arabic speaker; GCC dialect and English are a plus.
Passionate about mobile games; gaming experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely for 6 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting in diverse online communities.
