The purpose of this role is to shape and deliver the Social and Content Strategy, managing social media channels, website and content streams, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
Execute and continuously measure the Social Media and Content Strategy through powerful, targeted content and community-building methods.
Build a sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring regular cadence of quality storytelling and real-time content.
Run the day-to-day management of all content scheduled and published across social networks.
Build, deliver and report on targeted paid social campaigns. Share data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams.
Organise, build and engage with powerful custom audiences that align with target audience segments strategy, including high clout influencers.
Use social media monitoring platforms, and act as the eyes and ears for crisis communications management on social media.
Maintain all website content, including working Case Studies, Thought Leadership and Blogs.
