Position Summary As a Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager at dopamine, you will lead and execute integrated strategies across all social media and digital marketing platforms. Your mission is to combine creativity with data, crafting engaging content, driving audience growth, and optimizing paid performance. You will be responsible for overseeing both the organic and paid digital presence of dopamine’s clients, ensuring that every campaign delivers measurable results while maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement multi-platform digital strategies (organic + paid).
Define communication pillars, tone of voice, and monthly calendars tailored to each brand.
Align social and performance goals with each client’s objectives and KPIs.
Plan and allocate budgets for paid social campaigns, ensuring efficiency and maximum return.
Content & Campaign Management
Oversee ideation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging social media content.
Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and motion teams to ensure unified storytelling.
Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google platforms.
Supervise influencer activations and brand collaborations when applicable.
Performance Marketing & Optimization
Conduct A / B testing for creatives, captions, and targeting to improve performance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Implement best practices for remarketing and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with the creative team to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
Consolidate performance reports across organic and paid media.
Present insights and recommendations to clients and management.
Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager) to track trends and performance metrics.
Continuously evaluate digital performance to identify growth opportunities.
Community & Brand Engagement
Manage online presence, brand voice, and customer interactions.
Maintain a positive, authentic, and consistent brand image across platforms.
Ensure community feedback is monitored and integrated into the communication strategy.
Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate with the project manager to align campaign timelines and deliverables.
Act as the digital communication focal point in client meetings and reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing paid and organic campaigns successfully.
Strong analytical mindset with understanding of A / B testing and ad metrics.
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for digital storytelling.
Strong time management, organization, and leadership abilities.
