• Minimum 2 Years experience - Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and modifications - Conversational / Fluent English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Build genuine client relationships and foster a welcoming space - Warm presence, team player, and professional work ethic Responsibilities : - Lead small group Reformer classes and one-on-one sessions - Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics - Comfortable teaching all levels, from beginners to advanced clients - Customize programs for different levels and individual client goals - Monitor safety and form, offering clear corrections and encouragement - Build genuine client relationships and foster a welcoming space - Maintain the studio's energy and community vibe
