We are seeking energised and passionate group fitness instructors to join a premium fitness and wellness studio new to Riyadh this November. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a launch team for an international brand where classes are more than just workouts — they are transformative experiences designed to empower both body and mind. This company is already well established and has 2 sites in Dubai.

About the Role As a full-time instructor, you will deliver exceptional group classes, connect meaningfully with clients, and play a key role in shaping the culture and experience of this brand-new studio. This is a role for those who want to inspire, motivate, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality group fitness classes with energy, precision, and care.

Build strong connections with clients, understanding their goals and guiding them on their journey.

Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and professional class environment.

Prepare and adapt class plans for different fitness levels while staying true to the studio’s ethos.

Support a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

Level 3 Personal Training certification (or equivalent).

Minimum 1 year experience as a group fitness trainer.

Preferred : prior experience in Pilates or Lagree Method.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Base Salary : 16,250 SAR per month for 15 committed classes per week.

Commission Structure :

Personal Training Opportunities : Instructors may offer PT sessions and receive 70% of the PT rate.

Additional Benefits : Relocation allowance, housing allowance, travel allowance, and ongoing professional development.

Opportunities to travel and teach across other international studios within the network.
