The Senior Commercial Manager shall have a detailed knowledge O&M Contracts and consultancy agreements. They should be a very experienced negotiator with excellent communications and coordination skills. They should have a minimum of 15 years' experience. They shall have an in-depth knowledge of commercial management including; variations, contractual claims and mediation / arbitration, certification of payments, bonds, guarantees, KPI and penalty regimes for O&M Contracts.

The Senior Commercial Manager manages contractual requirements, budgeting, and financial planning. This role requires a degree in contract management and strong financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

Commercial Management :

• Administer and manage the main contract and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with the Contract's terms and conditions, including FIDIC-based provisions.
• Review contractor submissions, claims, and payment applications for accuracy and contractual alignment.
