Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - Commercial to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities, as you will oversee commercial operations for large-scale projects and ensure they align with the company's overarching goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance project profitability and market position
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and pricing strategies to inform decision-making and optimize commercial activities
Collaborate with project management teams to integrate commercial insights into project planning and execution
Prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company
Oversee financial performance, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenditure against targets
Mentor and guide a team of commercial professionals, fostering a performance-driven culture
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive project success
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on commercial performance and strategic recommendations to senior management
Stay abreast of industry developments to continually refine and enhance commercial strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred

10-12 years of experience in commercial management roles, particularly in large-scale projects within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors

Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful commercial strategies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership capability in managing teams and driving performance

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in commercial management software and project management tools
