Area Sales Execution

Reports to : Senior Manager Sales Execution

Overall Job Purpose

This is a seasoned salesperson who meets all job requirements and is capable of functioning under minimal supervision. The candidate needs to be an expert on the commodities / type of customer assigned. This position is responsible not only for selling the company’s products but also for acting as a strategic account manager for each assigned account.

Responsibilities

• Propose and develop the commercial strategy for each customer in the portfolio.
• Plan to establish and maintain major account relationships.
• Establish and build strong client relationships over time to ensure continuity and ongoing representation.
• Monitor competitors’ activity in each account and formulate appropriate response strategies.
• Visit / contact customers : Present the company’s products / services, including but not limited to ocean freight, road freight services, and digital products.
• Follow up to ensure customers do not exceed their assigned credit limits.
• Apply customer-centric and problem-solving skills to manage and grow the customer portfolio.
