Maintenance Associate Manager

Utilize maintenance management systems like SAP to track maintenance activities and analyze performance metrics. Implement and oversee TPM initiatives to promote proactive maintenance practices. Stay current with advancements in maintenance technologies and best practices to drive innovation. Preferred Candidate : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Extensive experience in maintenance management within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of TPM principles and practices. Proficient in using maintenance management systems, particularly SAP. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
