As the System Operations Manager, you will lead the technical team responsible for the

Naba Platform , ensuring seamless performance, high availability, and continuous improvement of the system. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the technical development team, assigning and prioritizing tasks effectively. Develop strategic technical roadmaps for system enhancements and performance optimization. Collaborate with QA and testing teams to address and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and deliver detailed periodic reports covering system development, issue resolutions, and change management. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system reliability and business continuity. Oversee system incident responses, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely fixes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in system operations, software development, or team leadership. Strong understanding of system architecture, DevOps principles, and agile methodologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach. Seniority level
