Could you be the full-time onsite System Migration Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the system engineering studies for the project and leading the efforts carried out by both On-Shore and Off-Shore teams during the migration phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Client representatives, partners, sub-systems, and third parties), interface on-site with stakeholders to define the migration of the transport system, and much more.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the coordination and execution of system engineering studies for the migration phase.
Leading the On-Shore and Off-Shore engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
Acting as the primary interface on site with the Client, partners, sub-systems, and third parties regarding the transport system migration.
Defining and managing technical requirements for the migration phase.
Supporting risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to system migration.
Driving alignment between project stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout the migration.
Monitoring project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.

Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of system migration processes in transportation or similar industries.
