At KILONEWTONS , we lead with excellence in construction and project management . We’re seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget .

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities , ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards .

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to meet project deadlines.

Monitor material usage, equipment, and manpower for optimal efficiency.

Enforce HSE policies and conduct regular site inspections.

Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders.

Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly.

Ensure all work follows approved designs, specs, and local regulations .

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction / project sites).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE standards, and Saudi building codes .

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software .

Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors .

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
