Executive Advisor - Program Management

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Advisor – Program Management to join our team! In this role you will advise and consult on a series of major programs in Saudi Arabia.

• Working closely with our client to provide high‑level advice on development and delivery of projects across all functions.
• Reviewing program management strategies and development / delivery plans.
• Providing insights into program and project efficiency across all project stages and supply chains.
• Supporting the understanding of how interactions with all stakeholders, especially relevant authorities, are managed and can be improved.
• Being part of a high‑level group working closely with the client to improve development and delivery performance and have a positive impact on project finances, including project reviews and follow‑ups to recommended improvements.
• Preparing executive presentations for our client, detailing strategic, project, and business‑plan opportunities, setting out findings, recommendations, and follow‑up actions.
