Job Description :

IMFI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and controlling, for various projects within our organization.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure their adherence throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress
• Prepare and present project reports and metrics to management and stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage project scope, changes, and approvals, and ensure project deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets
