Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Handler to join our team at Aon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
• Understand clients' risk management needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations for new and existing clients
• Review and analyze insurance policies, identifying any gaps or discrepancies
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain the best coverage and pricing for clients
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to clients for risk mitigation
• Attend client meetings and participate in presentations as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Handle any client complaints or issues, providing resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
