Job descriptionThe passion to learn the client’s business and competition. Switched on and able to understand the client’s business issues and help propose ways to solve their problems (problems that communication can help solve). Comfortable running photoshoots and TVCs. Has great attention to details and can comfortably run campaigns from A-Z with tight deadlines. Confident and can build a strong relationship with the client and lead projects smoothly internally. Can manage the different client stakeholders and manage the creative team. Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputed agency. To be the day to day contact with key client personnel, delivering an efficient and effective service. Develop and maintain a close and productive relationship with key client contacts, acting with integrity at all times. Displays a superior understanding of the needs of each department involved in the execution of client projects. Provides key, relevant information to these departments in a timely manner including Performance Tracking and Reporting. Understand and articulate the basics of advertising and marketing. Must be experienced in Budgeting and Financial Management. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Account Manager leads the day to day business with the client and internally.

- Builds client confidence by demonstrating an ability to creatively manage and deliver a quality product, on time, on strategy and on budget, aiming to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Proactive and can challenge clients’ briefs and help planning come up with relevant insights.
- Adept at identifying potential problems and developing recommended solutions to review with their Senior Account Manager / Account Director.
- Consistently fulfills clients' needs; provides value-added input and creative solutions.
