Manager - TB Cluster Mobility Planning and Operations
JOB PURPOSE
Our Mobility Co. is seeking an experienced Cluster Planning & Operations Manager responsible for coordinating all aspects of Land Mobility around Amaala Triple Bay sites, from planning to execution. This role supports the Senior Manager of Venue Operations & Special Events in overall site planning and operations related to Land Mobility at each Amaala site, including within the Marina Bus & Buggy Interchange. The goal is to ensure efficient management of AMAALA's sites, maintain high standards of Mobility Operations, and contribute to the overall success of RSG.
This position manages all aspects of site planning and operations, including organizing and overseeing transportation at venues and events, coordinating guest vehicle access, traffic, parking, pedestrian movement, bikes (if applicable), and buggy systems, as well as client relations and coordination. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to remain calm in emergencies, multi-task, and act independently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and Coordination : Develop and implement transportation plans for AMAALA Triple Bay sites, managing parking, workforce shuttles, guest access, and coordinating with the Mobility team and hotel operators to cater to event-specific needs.
- Resource Management : Manage mobility site teams, drivers, and equipment, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Communication and Collaboration : Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, including hotel operators and affiliated companies, to ensure aligned goals and smooth transportation operations.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks in site transport and develop contingency plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Use TOCC to monitor real-time transportation performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
- Problem Solving : Address operational issues promptly, including vehicle breakdowns and delays.
- Continuous Improvement : Analyze data and feedback to optimize transportation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Additional Responsibilities : Develop transportation policies, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor daily operations, assist guests and staff, and ensure hands-on involvement in site land mobility activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of experience in site transport operations or similar roles.Bachelor's degree required.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.Proven experience in large-scale venue transport planning and operations.Experience coordinating with operational teams, contractors, and third parties.Knowledge of emergency procedures and site safety protocols.Valid driver’s license essential.Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to evaluate and optimize contractor and vehicle performance.Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working outside regular hours as needed.Strong crisis management skills and ability to work under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
