Qualifications

Must-Have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in Manpower Analysis & Planning within the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in workforce assessment, resource allocation, and project-based manpower forecasting.
• In-Depth knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) using manpower analysis tools.
