Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Drive recruitment efforts for all new and replacement roles, including interview coordination, assessment days, and employee assessments.
• Manage the talent acquisition process : sourcing, interviewing, hiring qualified applicants, and collaborating with departmental managers to define skills and competencies.
• Conduct competency HR interviews, create job offers, negotiate terms, and partner with leadership to execute talent strategy, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in the HR field.

5+ years in an HR function with at least 2 years of people management experience.

Full understanding of KSA Labor Law and experience with HR systems and processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Strong written and verbal communication in English, with fluency.

Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
