Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee all procurement and supply chain activities within the company.

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value, quality, and delivery.

Evaluate suppliers, review performance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Coordinate with various departments to identify purchasing needs and plan accordingly.

Prepare reports, cost analyses, and forecasts related to procurement activities.

Ensure adherence to company standards, ethical practices, and budgetary guidelines.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the facility management or construction sector.

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

Saudi nationals are preferred.
