Service Sales Manager

The opportunity : Drive and implement the service sales strategy, monitor progress, identify and win new business, develop contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales, ensuring they meet technical standards. Key focus areas include identifying, discussing, reviewing and negotiating the contract baseline and related documents to maximize financial and operational performance, and documenting any changes during contract execution. How You’ll Make An Impact : Assess and monitor contract success / deviations to identify required changes. Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, coordinating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s representatives. Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities with a strong legal knowledge base / terminology. Achieve assigned KPIs for three business units (PGHV, TRES, PGGI) and develop the pipeline for these units. Ensure customer satisfaction and align with customer expectations by coordinating with all BUs to present as one face toward the customer. Utilize Hitachi-provided tools for proactive engagement with customers and define strategies for responsible accounts to maintain, analyze and improve data within Salesforce. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in service sales. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
