The STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program is a flagship early career rotational program across 13 countries. It offers 3 six-month rotations (18 months total) across different Business Units and Functions at Hitachi Energy. The program begins on 1 October 2025, with the first rotation possible in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah). Depending on project and opportunities, the second or third rotation may be abroad. Featured Assignments : quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, R&D, and many more. Drive Innovation by learning, trying new things, and reframing mistakes into learning opportunities. Be customer and society focused by working with rotational managers and stakeholders to deliver business goals and work with technologies in our domain space (e.g.; HVDC, transformers, grid protection and control, HV circuit breakers) and cross-sector advancements. Be the People Champion of the program by promoting it internally and externally, building leadership potential through commitment to Our Leadership Pillars (inspiring engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, trust). Bachelor’s degree in engineering within STEM (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Industrial, Energy Systems, or related disciplines). Local citizen of Saudi Arabia. No more than 0–2 years of professional experience by the start date. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Strives to achieve high quality standards. Analyses information to generate new solutions and ideas. Learns quickly and adapts to change. Fosters team cohesion and maintains good working relationships. Strong leadership potential and personal ownership. Intercultural sensitivity. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
