Primary Functions Prepare new employee files and complete missing documents, and organize the files as per BV QMS.Maintain records of required safety and health training, certifications and medical surveillanceComply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures.Manages HR local situations in accordance with BV guidelinesSupports on people aspects of launch of new activities, restructuring & integration of acquisitions.HR monthly reportingUpdate employees data / SF on a timely mannerHandling HR / company eventsPrepare the separation and resigned employees documents.Provide general clerical and administrative support to HR.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Day to day HR work (letters, leave, solve employee’s problem, guide employees .. etc)Handling all governments portals related to HR ( GOSI, Muddad, Taqat ..Qiwa etc)Handling HR portal Success Factors – SF ( add / remove employees, update information)Follow up three months probationary for the new employeesVerify employee’s joining, leave, rejoining, transfer, resignation, termination.. etc.Filing : receiving the original documents of employees such as (passports, ID, and medical reports . etc), get copies after updating and delivery to the responsible person.Technical Expertise
