Responsibilities

• Required to meet new people.
• Making technical presentations of the product for the clients.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Conduct research on new technologies and engineering practices.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of technical support activities.
• Contribute to team meetings and share insights on project progress.
• Support the development of user manuals and training materials.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients.
• Provide support for engineering projects, including documentation and reporting.
