About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Riyadh office. In this role, you will manage and grow our most strategic enterprise clients. You will play a key role in sustaining long‑term partnerships, increasing account value, and supporting junior team members as a mentor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
• Identify and lead cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
• Build executive‑level relationships and become a trusted advisor
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and ROI
• Maintain detailed CRM records and accurate revenue forecasts
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic account updates
