Contracts Specalist

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Contracts Specialist to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for supporting the contract management process, from drafting and negotiating contract terms to ensuring compliance and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing contracts, identifying potential risks, and working collaboratively with legal and project teams to mitigate those risks. You will also assist with the development of contract policies and procedures to promote efficiency and compliance throughout the organization.

As a Contracts Specialist, your strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will play a vital role in our projects' success and contribute to JASARA PMC’s mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and the ability to interpret contract language.
• Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
