Overview

إدارة ومتابعة كافة العقود والاتفاقيات التي تبرمها المنشأة مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية، لضمان توافقها مع السياسات والأنظمة والقوانين، وحفظ حقوق الشركة والتقليل من المخاطر التعاقدية.

المؤهلات والخبرات

درجة البكالريوس في القانون، الشريعة، الإدارة أو ما يعادلها (يفضل تخصص قانون أو أنظمة أو شريعة)
خبرة في مجال العقود أو الشؤون القانونية.
إلمام بالأنظمة والتشريعات المحلية (وخاصة نظام العمل والأنظمة التجارية)
مهارة عالية في الصياغة القانونية والقدرة على التدقيق.
إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
القدرة على إدارة الوقت والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
