We are looking for a
Lead Process Analyst
to analyze, design, and optimize system workflows and business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless system integration. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop structured workflows, technical specifications, and automation strategies that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage two process analysts and support them for different process workflow configurations
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Translate requirements into structured technical specifications for development teams.
Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency along with workflow configuration.
Optimize and document existing processes, ensuring they are scalable and well‑integrated across systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define API interactions, system dependencies, and message flows.
Support test case development and A / B experiments to validate process changes.
Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, resolving requirement ambiguities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Must Have :
3‑5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology‑driven environment.
Strong process decomposition skills and ability to write clear technical specifications.
Hands‑on experience with business rules engines, decision modelling, and workflow configuration.
Strong analytical skills, with experience mapping workflows, analysing dependencies, and improving system efficiencies.
Proficiency in process modelling using UML / BPMN notations.
Ability to work with engineering teams to define system specifications, process improvements, automation logic and system workflows.
Experience with API protocols (SOAP / REST / gRPC) and system integrations.
Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub / Sub) for event‑driven architectures.
Nice to Have :
Previous experience managing teams.
Experience in FinTech products, particularly in lending, payments, or risk operations.
Understanding of database design and SQL for structuring system data flows.
Basic programming knowledge for technical feasibility assessments.
