Job Purpose To support and coordinate the team’s daily activities by ensuring compliance with established procedures, safety standards, and production objectives. This includes facilitating spare parts management, monitoring equipment performance, and contributing to the development of team members while maintaining alignment with CEER’s policies, processes, and operational goals.

Key Functional Responsibilities

Support and coordinate the team’s daily activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, safety regulations, and production objectives.

Monitor production requirements and priorities, ensuring the effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to meet operational goals.

Implement and follow existing protocols for preventive and predictive maintenance.

Assist in monitoring equipment performance using data‑driven methods, identifying basic operational issues, and supporting corrective actions under the guidance of senior leaders.

Coordinate small‑scale technical issue resolution and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.

Support spare parts management by tracking inventory levels, reporting shortages, and assisting in planning spares for operational lines.

Participate in team member development by providing feedback, supporting training sessions, and sharing knowledge related to equipment, technologies, and operational best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with CEER’s policies, processes, and procedures.

Assist in scheduling and conducting inspections to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.

Education

Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a relevant field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years overall experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
