Finance Manager KSA

As Mott MacDonald continues to expand in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our KSA division. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and enabling long‑term growth in line with the Division’s business plan.

The Division forms part of a £75 million GBP business operating across eight trading entities in the Middle East, offering you the opportunity to work within a dynamic, multicultural environment and influence strategic decisions at a regional level.

You will provide high‑quality financial insights and analysis to support decision‑making, ensure adherence to local and global regulations, and champion best practices in financial management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Partnering with the Country Manager to manage day‑to‑day operations and drive performance across the Division.
• Leading the financial aspects of the Division’s strategy and ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Managing statutory entities and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Driving the annual business planning cycle, including budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Producing monthly financial reports and identifying actions to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Overseeing credit management performance and working capital optimization.
• Reviewing service costs and ensuring value for money across all budgets.
• Exploring opportunities for automation and digital transformation within finance processes.
• Coordinating financial due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
