Architect

We are a real estate development & consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , looking to hire a full-time Concept Architect

to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate has to havestrong concept design skills and exceptional 3D visualization / rendering ability. Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts for high-profile real estate projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial). Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations to communicate design intent. Collaborate closely with our development, feasibility, and leasing teams to align design with market positioning and project vision. Refine design direction based on feedback from senior management and external stakeholders. Produce presentation materials for clients, investors, and government approvals. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. 3–7 years of experience in concept design & visualization. Proficiency in Rhino / SketchUp, 3ds Max (or Blender), and V-Ray / Corona / Enscape / Unreal Engine. Strong sense of design, proportion, and materiality; ability to create visually striking and market-driven concepts. Good English communication skills (written & spoken). Open to relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship and relocation package provided). Portfolio demonstrating strong concept and rendering capability is a must. What We Offer
